the difference between the real and fake news

There are many different options for how and who you get your news by. For example you can watch or read the news from CNN or FOX or in today's world you can even get your news from Comedy Central on The Daily Show. The biggest difference from the news channels is that one is making fun of the news rather than giving you their view on the what is happening. For example, John Stewart will use real footage of something that happened in the news but will make fun of it. He is giving his opinion but he is trying to make light of the subject also. In the real news that you get from CNN and other stations like that, it is all business and they give you their opinion on the topic but there is no joking around about it. The most common thing that you will find in both news industries right now are stories about the Presidential debate. A lot of people are choosing to pick on Palin right now. An example that I saw in The Daily Show was that Stewart decided to show that someone said from the real news that Palin needs to be able to speak in real english sentences and his response to that was that is what they need from a sobriety road side test. From there he points out that she does speak in full sentence about how the government needs to stay out of the way and because of this she "wins" unless she contradicts herself which she ends up doing because she says that we need to demand the government have strict oversight of things. In the real news they criticize what Palin says but they do not make fun of it. It is all serious talk. They do point out that she did go back on her word but they do not laugh about it. In my opinion it is better to watch the real news but I also think in some ways you are still getting the same information. The fake news is using the real news to make the subject a little bit lighter and not as tense of a topic to talk about.
